A rubber grommet is a molded rubber component fitted into pre-drilled panel holes. It shields wires and cables from sharp metal edges to prevent cable tearing and abrasion, while also delivering electrical insulation, dustproof, waterproof, and vibration damping performance.
We offer rubber grommets made of Silicone, EPDM, NBR, and FKM rubber to satisfy diverse working environments. Custom sizes and shapes are available to meet different panel wiring requirements.
Materials
NBR, EPDM, FKM, Silicone (Si), CR
Hardness
30–90 Shore A
Size
All kinds of size / custom molded
Color
Any color available
Each material has its own advantage: Silicone offers high temperature resistance, NBR provides oil resistance, CR delivers abrasion resistance, EPDM resists aging, and FKM resists corrosion. The most expensive option is not always the best — cost performance is what matters most.
Our factory mainly produces O-rings, gaskets, and other special rubber parts for the electronics, auto parts, pneumatic components, toys, cellphones, computers, and related industries. We are an ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 approved corporation.
Our enterprise is committed to meeting customer needs with good faith, contract compliance, and guaranteed product quality. We have established long-term stable cooperative relationships with many well-known manufacturers. We also support customers with related design work such as mold development, which saves resources in developing new products and shortens the development cycle to create more value for customers. This has earned the trust of more than 200 well-known clients at home and abroad.
