​O-ring for installation on a variety of machinery and equipment, at a specified temperature, pressure,

and various liquid and gaseous media, at rest or in motion from the seal. On the machine, marine,

automotive, aerospace equipment, metallurgical machinery, chemical machinery, engineering machinery,

construction machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, plastic machinery, agricultural machinery,

and a variety of instruments, a large number of applications for various types of seals elements. O-ring is

mainly used for static seals and reciprocating seals. For rotational movement of the seal when limited to

low-speed rotary sealing device. O-ring is usually installed on the outer or inner circle from the seal section

is rectangular trench. O-ring seals still play a good shock absorption in oil, acid, wear, erosion and other

environmental chemistry. Therefore, O-ring hydraulic and pneumatic drive system most widely used a seal .

• What are NBR O-rings?

  Alongside FKM or HNBR, NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) is one of the most frequently used elastomers

• for sealing elements.

  The material is characterized by advantageous mechanical properties and a broad resistance profile.

• The wide range of applications for these O-rings is limited only by their restricted suitability for high

• temperatures. But there is a solution for this too.

  HNBR, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, extends the high-temperature range of NBR and is

• therefore suitable for even more demanding applications. However, many standard applications can

• be economically realized with NBR O-rings economically.

  They are also known by manufacturer names such as Perbunan® or Europrene®.

Quality control

Material Inspection:Storage of all raw materials before the test, and issue a report on the corresponding

material properties, compared with raw material's own property report, two reports property values is

consistent, can put in storage.

Model Inspection:After the mold development or mold cleaning finished on the machine, we will test all

the specifications of the mold to ensure that each cavity of the product specifications and quality.

Production Inspection:The production process of the product inspection personnel timing semi-finished

product inspection, ensure the quality of the rationality of technology, defective rate control in a reasonable

range.

Quanlity Control:The quality inspection department will conduct a sampling inspection of each batch of

products

Production Full Inspection:The optical inspection machine can ensure the appearance and dimension

of the product are 100% qualified.
