Function of the rubber o ring

O-Rings are used in sanitary pipeline systems for the Auto, Machinery, Food, Dairy, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech industries. Rubber Fab offers a full line of AS568 dash numbers, metric, and specialty o-ring sizes that are manufactured using EPDM, NBR, FKM Fluoroelastomer, Buna-N, Silicone and so on.

O-ring for installation on a variety of machinery and equipment, at a specified temperature, pressure, and various liquid and gaseous media, at rest or in motion from the seal. On the machine, marine, automotive, aerospace equipment, metallurgical machinery, chemical machinery, engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, plastic machinery, agricultural machinery, and a variety of instruments, a large number of applications for various types of seals elements. O-ring is mainly used for static seals and reciprocating seals. For rotational movement of the seal when limited to low-speed rotary sealing device. O-ring is usually installed on the outer or inner circle from the seal section is rectangular trench. O-ring seals still play a good shock absorption in oil, acid, wear, erosion and other environmental chemistry. Therefore, O-ring hydraulic and pneumatic drive system most widely used a seal .

material properties, compared with raw material's own property report, two reports property values is

consistent, can put in storage.

Model Inspection:After the mold development or mold cleaning finished on the machine, we will test all

the specifications of the mold to ensure that each cavity of the product specifications and quality.

Production Inspection:The production process of the product inspection personnel timing semi-finished

product inspection, ensure the quality of the rationality of technology, defective rate control in a reasonable

range.

Quanlity Control:The quality inspection department will conduct a sampling inspection of each batch of

products

Production Full Inspection:The optical inspection machine can ensure the appearance and dimension
