Colorful Soft Nitrile Silicone rubber Custom Automotive Connector Seal For Cable
Custom automotive connector seal usually made by soft nitrile rubber or silicone rubber, can be black blue red and other colors. The main fuction is for protecting the cables from water and dusty.As electronic connectors for use in automobiles have to be tough and reliable. As they are often placed in parts of an automobile that are open to the elements, they are typically very well sealed against dust ingress and moisture, and usually have a good degree of heat resistance. Also, due to the vibration factors of being installed in a vehicle, the connectors will often have secure locking systems built into the plug and socket to prevent unwanted disconnect.
Custom Process:
First, please send me 2D drawing, 3D drawing or sample of what you need. From the drawing or sample we can know the dimensions and materials. And then if any special requirement, please also let me know.
Second, we make molds/toolings and samples, send the samples to customers for testing.
Third, after the samples confirmed, we start mass production, during production, our QC department will control the quality. Then pack and ship the goods by air or by sea. Production flow as bellow:
Raw material test → Prescribe → Mixing Material → Cutting Material → First Cure →
First Part Inspection → Casual Inspection → Burr Dealing → Eye Inspection → IPQC →
Washing or Grinding → Post Cure → FQC → Packing
Last but not least, after-service. when the products have quality problem, then you can tell me, we will solve the problems together.
Materials Description:
We usually make the rubber circular connector seal by silicone. Then the orperating temperature can be -50℃~200℃.
And sometimes the material can also be nitrile rubber.
